My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pretty, young girl is a real sweetheart. She is beautiful looking and has a loving heart. The poor dear became a mother when she herself was still just a pup. As happens often in the pounds, the pups were all adopted but poor CJ was left behind. She is only about a year old and weighs 50 lbs. She has those gorgeous blue eyes of the Australian Shepherd but with a more laid back personality.

Being a young girl, CJ would love to find a family that was interested in continuing her education to help her learn basic obedience and help her become a respected and capable companion. She is an intelligent dog that is eager to learn and who is loving and affectionate. She is good with other dogs and people of all ages.

CJ loves to be outside and would do well with an family that enjoyed outdoor activities. Having been a pound dog she is very appreciative of any attention she gets and does her best to do what is expected of her. She would be happiest in a home with a backyard and a good daily walk each day. She is very playful but gentle and would love to have older kids who would enjoy tossing a ball around for her in the yard.

CJ can be left alone for a normal working day but it would be best to continue crating her until she can be fully trusted in the home.
