Mop's Story...
Mop is a pure bred female born Nov 15, 2006. She is an absolutely loving girl, very alert yet quiet. While she likes her space, she also enjoys being around her human and her liter mate Bucket. Mop loves to be carried on the shoulder. She loves going for walks with the family as long as it is not dark out. Mop is house broken, has no destructive habits, never gets into things and doesn’t beg for food. She will stand quietly by her water bowl if it is empty to let you know it needs refilling. Mop is a soft, tender, loving girl looking for someone to love her and Bucket forever.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mop, a Lake Forest Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Lake Forest, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Lake Forest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lake Forest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lake Forest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lake Forest paves the way for another one to be saved.
