Lucy Lou's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Lucy Lou's Story...
Lucy Lou is a spayed female Rottie/Lab mix approximately 2 years old. She is very sweet and when she was nursing her nine puppies (after the whole family was rescued) she let everybody handle the puppies without complaint. Lucy Lou weighs 50 lbs., loves to go for car rides and long walks. She does great with other canines her size and is also good with cats. We assume she was raised with cats since she is so relaxed in their presence.

Lucy Lou is doggie door trained and has lovely house manners. She is obedient and eager to please. Lucy Lou is current on all her vaccinations with a current rabies tag. She has also been dewormed and proactively treated for ticks & fleas.

Lucy Lou would be an excellent choice for a single woman who wants a dog that will make strangers think twice about approaching her. Strangers don't know that Lucy Lou is a pussycat at heart, and her muscular build makes her seem larger than she is.

For more information about Lucy Lou, please send an email to ladywriter01@cox.net or leave a message at 602-298-9108 and a volunteer from Noah's Ark Pet Adoptions will return your call. There is an adoption fee of $125 to help cover some of the medical costs involved in preparing Lucy Lou for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy Lou, a Gilbert Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
