Tracy's Story...
Hi! My name is… wait, I don’t have one. Or, I might, but the people who used to own me let me out into the streets so I don’t remember. It doesn’t matter, though, because a really awesome guy found me and gave me some food and water and then took me to the hospital so I could get all the vet care I needed, where a bunch of other really awesome people have been taking care of me ever since. I got really lucky because most dogs like me stay on the streets until something bad happens, but now I have a chance to have something good happen to me.

I absolutely love people and I’m very excited to find a new mommy or daddy (or both!). I can listen to some commands already, I’m spayed and up to date on my shots, I’m full of energy, I love to play and I can walk very well on a leash (at least that’s what the hospital staff says… I just like walking next to people who want to be with me), but I saved the best for last – I’m housebroken! I don’t, however, like cats - at all. I’m about 3 years old, I weigh about 60 lbs. and I’m awesome!

About Our Rescue Group...
All 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit, all-breed, no-kill animal rescue based in Chester Springs, PA that offers rescue and sanctuary to animals in need. All 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. is made up of volunteers and foster homes that care for and socialize our animals. Most of our animals have been rescued from "death row" from high-kill shelters and auctions and given a second chance at life. Our goal is to offer each and every one of these animals a safe, permanent and loving home. Please help us to give each of these animals the life they deserve.
Our Adoption Process...
We try our best to keep the adoption process straight-forward and simple in an effort to get our available pets into a permanent, stable and loving home as fast as possible. You will be asked to fill out an adoption application giving All 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. some information about yourself, your family and your experience with pets. You will also need to provide a vet reference and personal reference. Our goal is to find our animals the best possible home and if multiple applications are received, All 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. will make the decision as to which home would be best for that particular pet. We do our best to process applications within 24 to 48 hours from the time the application is received.

Our adoption fee is $450 for dogs - that includes a wellness exam, all age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing when age appropriate, worming, microchip and registration, flea/tick treatment, 30 days of free pet insurance and one free in-home training session with a representative from K-9 Reincarnation (provided you live in the general area). PLEASE NOTE - we do offer discounted adoption fees to families adopting more than one dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tracy, a Chester Springs Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Chester Springs, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Chester Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chester Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chester Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chester Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
