Praline--adopted!!'s Story...
Sweet shy Praline is an altered 4 year old female St. Bernard. Very good with people but terribly scared of other dogs. This sweet girl loves car rides, belly rubs and stuffed animals. Praline must an inside only dog with outside monitored supervision. A physical fence is a must. This sweet girl has overcome so much (a gunshot in her face) in her sweet young life, that we would like for her to have a home where she would be absolutely spoiled and "want for nothing".

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Praline--adopted!!, a New Richmond St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
