My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Snowball and can you guess how I got that name? LOL, I am soft and white and playful like a snowflake. Well, the “flaky” part is not me. I am a very smart guy and will love to learn all the new things that you can teach me. I do not remember much about the first part of my life. I just know that I was out on my own for a while. I tried to make friends with the other animals that I met but one took a bite out of my left ear. What a jerk! It left me with an oh so slight imperfection but hey, that makes me unique, right? I somehow ended up at an animal shelter which was a very cool place and certainly more comfortable that having to fend for myself. I made lots of new doggie and human friends at the shelter. Not too long after I had been hanging out there a whole lot more doggies came in and my human friends had to find me another place to go and quick! So here I am at Cedar Farm, just loving exploring the woods and making more dog friends. They even have cats here and we get along great together. I hope you and your family will want to come meet me soon and give me a real forever home. I promise to love you forever and will be a great friend and companion. I am supposed to tell you that I am crate-trained and housebroken, neutered, up-to-date on my shots and microchipped. I take monthly heartworm pills – quite tasty actually – and get monthly preventatives for fleas and ticks – those suckers can be nasty, so please, if you adopt me you will need to keep those things up. I am two and a half years old and weigh 29 lbs. Call (336) 251-8877 if you have any questions about me or the Cedar Farm adoption process. The adoption application form is available on line at www.cedarfarmrescue.com I hope to see you soon! Love, Snowball.
