Annie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Annie's Story...
Annie, aka Baby Girl is quite the charmer. After working through some health issues Annie has become healthy and happy. She loves children and gets along well with dogs of all sizes. For sport, Annie enjoys stealing toys from her big canine buddy and running the fence line with the neighbor's dog. She also takes great pleasure in hiding her foster mom's Crocs (shoes). She doesn't chew on them, just moves them around for fun. Having been without meals in the past, she is very protective of her food bowl so needs to be fed separately from other pets. She has a sensitive stomach but thrives on her current diet.

Baby Girl is a total goofball and tries to hug you by sticking her head between your legs and rubbing her head on your thigh, smiling a big happy smile. She loves head scratches and long walks with her people. She's house broken, crate trained and not destructive. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, silly and loving female GSD, look no further. Annie is waiting for you (just hide your Crocs).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a Houston German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Houston, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
