My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rugby, an adult male Shih Tzu. This nicely behaved happy guy seems to be able to roll with whatever life has to offer. He comes from Manhattan but his family had to give him up due to landlord restrictions. Rugby does very well with other dogs and cats. He enjoys the company of everyone he meets. Although he is already vaccinated and microchipped, he will be neutered (and groomed) very soon. Adoption fee: $200.00
