My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sly, Male 12 year old Boxer
Sly is a gentle giant. He is 93 lbs of big, tall lovable Boxer. Does well with people, cats, and dogs. Sadly, His owner became ill and could no longer care for Sly. Sly was neutered and current on vaccinations. Sly gets along great with other friendly dogs. It appears Sly is deaf, he is doing well at understanding hand signals. Don't get the wrong impression, Sly does not miss much due to his hearing loss. He will watch the hearing dog in the house to get a sense of what they are hearing based on their behavior. He is housetrained and since he likes to go out often for short periods of time, a fenced yard would be very nice for Sly. What a nice "co-worker" he would make for people who work from home. Adoption fee $150.00: Update: What can we say....Sly, like fine wine, only gets better with age. Update 6/1/2012 Sly will stay in his foster home. He loves the independence of the doggie door and he has managed to become the official greeter for a home based business.
