My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

......Stunning beauty!! Amie was deposited in an over night drop box at a rural Ohio dog shelter! Amazing...she'd obviously delivered pups and no pups were found. The shelter kept Amie as long as they could then started getting full & crowded with strays...Dogworks took Amie into rescue. We believe Amie to be a mix of Pointer (German or English?) and Weimaraner. Amie has a gorgeous soft blue gray coat with large patch white on her neck/chest. Natural long tail (not docked). Shelter listed her as 3 yrs the vet guessed 4 years old & 56 lb. She's had some pups in her past. Now spayed and in foster care, Amie is being reported as a wonderful friendly girl. Likes to stay near (typical of breed) needs more work on leash walking, housebroke & willing to please. Ok with other dogs and no real interest in family cats. Will chase if they are running. We are still learning about sweet friendly Amie. Adoption fee includes: Vet exam, spay, vaccine update, heartworm check (neg) & stool check (neg). Started on flea & heartworm prevention. Fee $165 - Email DogworksOhio@aol.com or down load an adoption application at www.DogworksOhio.com
