Barley's Story...
My name is Barley, they used to call me Wilson, but I like Barley much better! I was at a shelter and because of my age, they felt that I should be put down. My energy level is awesome, I love to play and I am about 5 or 6 years old. I love to give kisses and I love to chase and play with my stuffed toys. I love kids and I have gotten along well with my other dogs here at the rescue. I do like to jump on the other dogs when I am excited, but I calm down pretty quick. I am up to date on all my shots, neutered, housetrained and crate trained. I am a love bug and would make a great addition to any family. My adoption fee is $200 and you can get an application on www.wncboxerrescue.org Please let me be part of your family...I am a good boy and a great friend.....

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barley, a ARDEN Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in ARDEN, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in ARDEN.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in ARDEN already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a ARDEN breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in ARDEN paves the way for another one to be saved.
