DOB August 15, 2011. Glorious Bebe has three favorite things. The first is she loves to play all the time. She constantly plays with toys; she also loves to play with other cats (her foster house-mates). Her second favorite thing is to lie upside-down on her foster mom’s lap and have her belly petted. Indeed, she adores being petted, held, and kissed by her foster mom. Her third favorite thing is food. When Bebe was rescued she had been starving outside and so she is very fond of her meals! Because of this early deprivation she is a tiny cat, but don’t be fooled by that - she has a huge personality. She is playful and mischievous, loving and affectionate, and quite unique! In short - a lovely and interesting companion. Bebe is a total delight after she becomes comfortable with you. She is shy with strangers and so will take a short while to get used to you, but the reward for your patience will be a highly interactive companionship with a responsive, loving sweetheart who is grateful to be living indoors and fed regularly.

Rescue Group Info...
Toronto Cat Rescue is a no-kill, non-profit, 100% volunteer group. TCR helps find homes for homeless, abandoned, sick or injured cats, as well as helps cats escape situations of abuse, neglect, or imminent euthanasia. TCR relies on volunteers to foster cats in their homes until a cat lover comes along to adopt them, so we know the cats personalities in a home setting! TCR saves cats from Toronto, GTA & Kitchener area.
Decided on the kitty you would like to adopt? Please call the TCR Hotline - 416-538-8592 (press 1 for adoptions and leave a message) or email: tcr.adoptions@gmail.com for a pre-adoption interview.
An adoption coordinator will return your call and give you more details about the cat you are interested in and ask some questions about your home to make sure the cat will be a "purr-fect" fit. We are happy to answer any questions you may have as well.
Next you will be supplied with the foster home address to have a meet and greet with your kitty. If both parties are happy, you can sign the TCR Contract of Adoption, pay the adoption fee and take your kitty home with you (in a safe carrying case).
Adoption fee is $175 per cat. This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the attention they need, are spayed or neutered, and receive a rabies vaccination at the appropriate age. It also includes 6 weeks of free pet insurance. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way!
