SKECHER's Story...
Four tiny kittens were found abandoned in a box in front of a shoe store, on the ground next to a trash can. They were just 3 weeks old at the time – way too young to be away from their mom. Without a mom-cat to feed them and keep them warm, they would not have survived the night. Thankfully, a rescuer brought them right away to a foster home where they were bottle fed until they were big enough to eat on their own.

Now 5 months old, little boy SKECHER (and the rest of the litter) are healthy & happy and ready to go home!

SKECHER has been neutered, tested Negative for FeLV & FIV, current on his shots and has been treated for fleas & parasites. You may adopt SKECHER at our Cat Adoption Show held every Saturday & Sunday from 11am-5pm at Walnut PetSmart, corner of Grand Ave. & Valley Blvd.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SKECHER, a Diamond Bar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Diamond Bar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Diamond Bar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Diamond Bar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Diamond Bar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Diamond Bar paves the way for another one to be saved.
