Tink is 18 months old, about 55 pounds and higher energy but not hyper, as one would expect from her breeds.
Daily walks, running, playtime a must
She is housebroken, crate trained, not obedience trained but listens well and knows sit ok on leash needs bit more work, she is eager to please and seems to learn quickly.
She gets along fine with my 2 chihuahuas and Newfi/Husky cross and has no mean bone in her
She has no experience with cats.
Tink gets excited to meet new people and could be trained as a therapy dog but then again she loves to just be in country gal enjoying life
She is non-dominant.
She sleeps on my bedroom floor or in the crate with no problems door open
She digs in the yard if bored (normal for most dogs), we don't want her bored but have someone home or another playful friendly dog she can romp with
She may try to sneak onto the couch from the ottoman she is allowed on, but she knows better!
Looking for a home where she can still at least have one chair for herself
The Vets all love her and have said they would vouch for her good nature.
She needs a place with an active person or family and/or a large yard with another dog she can run with. She is desperate to run and my big dog is very low energy and can't keep up. She runs laps around my yard
Tink is looking for a fun active family that has time for her and her training, must become part of the family
If noone home during the day she must have another playmate that is active and a secure yard though she is not an escaper
otherwise only dog with a jogger/runner, home during the day, older kids that can play and run with her would be good as well
This gal is not a city dog but likes to be in the country where she was raised and enjoys herself, a quiet neigborhood with a very big yard and or a runner would be fine as well
the approved applicant will have all questions answered by current caretaker
Looking for a stable home owner over the age of 23 years
adoption fee, home check, vet references, fenced yard, prefer dog experience
