Here I am! Grover! Yup, Grover! I am not snarling. I have an under bite. Very cute if I say so.
I am a very confident and social pup. I am very much your shadow and a love sponge. To quote from Phantom of the Opera my request in life is "anywhere you go, let me go too". I love to interact with my humans and do what I can to please them.
I am house broken, doggie door trained and kennel trained. I walk well on lead and am not a barker.
I am a bit dog selective though. If I like a dog, I love it; but I am very particular on my canine friends, so I may do best in a home as an only dog or with a female dog about my size. I am currently in a foster home with other dogs and I do well with the female Pharoh hound mix and the male German Pinscher, but I am not so fond of the larger male dogs.

We are a pending non-profit, no-kill rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming adoptable cats and dogs. We have over 40 years of combined rescue experience and knowledge.
We do not have a kennel / shelter type of facility. We believe the most effective and successful way to match families and pets is to foster them in our own homes. Ultimately fostering our rescue animals in homes rather than a kennel environment allows us to give you complete information on the pet's behavior and how well he / she will fit with your family and lifestyle.
At Valley Dogs we make every effort to place the right animal in the right home. To aid in this goal, we use trained Adoption Consultants to help you select the best match for your lifestyle. You will meet with an Adoption Consultant and discuss your lifestyle, activity level, expectations, likes/dislikes, and past experiences with animals. Your consultant will then recommend the best match for your family and your lifestyle.
