Fern's Story...
THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING - Los Alamitos, CA • email us please • Amoorkah@hotmail.com

Fern is a little female calico kitty born around 4/12/12. She is a sweet littl girl, affectionate and precous. Great colors. She was left abandoned in a box outside a vet's office. She deserves so much better.
This cat/kitten is spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and FiV/Felv tested. To make sure they are placed in appropriate homes we do require an adoption application, short interview, contract and an adoption fee of $100 (plus microchip fee of $35 if kitten has one). Please email Amoorkah@hotmail.com for a cat/kitten application and we can go from there. Please do not fill out our dog application. Typically adoptions take 3-7 days.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fern, a Brea Calico kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Brea, or seeking a Calico kitten from a breeder in Brea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brea paves the way for another one to be saved.
