My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Garfield
3 Year Old Male Orange Tabby Maine Coon
COURTESY POST
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of this cat. We take no responsibility for the cat's health and medical records. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this.

If you have always wanted to own a young Maine Coon named Garfield then this is your chance. Why am I looking for a new home? Well my human mom is soooo very allergic to me and so I need to move to a new home with someone who is not allergic and will love, honor and cherish me forever. If you adopt me please know I will need a bit of settling in time, but once I feel comfortable in my new home and with you, you will see just how affectionate and social I am. Also I'm a pretty laid back gu, but I do like and need attention and time with my owners. And if you have a busy work schedule, I'll be OK watching the house for the day. In the evening though I'll enjoy watching TV with you and doing some cuddling. In my home I have enjoyed the company of my buddy, Casper, so if you have another cat, with proper introduction, we should be fine. Remember, I'm just one of those easy going and gets along with anyone type of guy. Oh I almost forgot to tell you that I love to lie on my back all stretched out with my belly exposed. It is so cute. Bet you can guess what I want.

I would do best in a home with older children and with a low to medium activity and noise level in the house. I am very healthy, micro chipped, current on vaccinations and neutered. Some of my favorite toys will be coming to my new home with me. Remember, I am an indoor cat, have long fur and I weigh over 15 pounds. I live in Reno, NV.

If I am the cat for you and you would like more information about me, contact either my human dad, Scott, at 775-240-3010, or call Karen at Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue at 707-301-6425 or contact her by email at k.pahler@comcast.net. I am not in a Purebreds Plus foster home but residing with my owner who is placing me. Adoption fee applies.
