Lilly's Story...
Lilly is a 1 year old, red smooth female dachshund. She has a very playful personality, although she is very shy at first. She loves to cuddle, and always wants to be on her humans lap or cuddled up next to them at night. Lilly gets along with other dogs and enjoys playing and chasing them. She has lots of energy, but will settle when she needs to. She does like to bark to get your attention.
Lilly is house broken and current on all her shots. If you would like more information or would like to fill out an application, please contact us at Lilly's adoption fee is $250.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Ft. Myers Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Ft. Myers, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Ft. Myers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ft. Myers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ft. Myers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ft. Myers paves the way for another one to be saved.
