Gunther's Story...
**********I am here in Yorkville IL awaiting my forever family********

Hi Everyone,

I'm Gunther and I am an adorable pure bred 1 year old Boxer looking for my forever family.

My human dad had to give me up as he is deploying with the military to help save our country. He is very sad to have to do this but he knows that it is what is best for me.

I am very social, loving, sweet, friendly, have a great personality and disposition.

I love attention, children and other dogs!!

I am looking forward to joining a forever family that will love and play with me as I love attention!!.

The picture of me hugging is me saying good bye to my dad and wishing him luck!!

It is recommended that I be enrolled in training classes as I need to learn more manners :)'

Please add a lotta love and happiness to your family and contact for an adoption application and bring me home.

I will come with the works (Neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped, groomed, fecal, heart worm tested if age appropriate, flea and tick prevented, dental if needed, a free vet visit and medical insurance. What more could a new family ask for?

My Adoption Donation is $395.00

Love and Kisses,

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gunther, a Oswego Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Oswego, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Oswego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oswego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oswego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oswego paves the way for another one to be saved.
