Leo (WC)'s Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Leo (WC)'s Story...
Little Leo was rescued from the kill shelter.  We have no idea why he ended up there, we are just thankful that he is out!  His hair was very matted so he got a summer shavedown but it's growing now and he's getting cuter by the day.  He is an absolutely sweet little guy, about 2 years old and he is crate trained.  Leo likes other dogs and loves humans especially.  He would love to come to his forever family soon!  If you are interested please apply for him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leo (WC), a Allentown Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
