Dan's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dan's Story...
Dan was born in June 2012. He loves to be outdoors playing with the rest of his dog friends, romping, sniffing and SWIMMING! He's going to on the high end of medium size, but he's still gentle when playing with the younger pups. Dan is great with children too! Won't you bring him home to snuggle up with you in front of your fireplace this winter, then take him swimming and hiking with you next summer?

***All of our dogs are located in TN, unless otherwise stated in their bio above. We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. We have a handful of foster homes up North, but the vast majority of dogs reside in TN. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dan, a Williston Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Williston, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Williston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Williston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Williston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Williston paves the way for another one to be saved.
