Stackhouse's Story...
Howdy! My name is Stackhouse and I am only 7 weeks young. My mom (Brussels Griffon mix, dad (most likely Chihuahua), and 5 siblings and I were all brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter to be euthanized because the people decided they didn't want us. But two nice ladies intercepted us and got us into a great rescue. We are now living in a fun foster home where we get to play, eat, sleep and -- well, that's about all we do right now! I only weigh about 2 lbs right now ad will probably be between 8-12 lbs full grown. I get to go home in 1-2 weeks once I am fully weaned and I am so excited about getting a forever family!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stackhouse, a Los Angeles Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
