My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HUGE! HUGE! HUGE! Bootz is one HUGE GIRL! We believe she may be a Great Dane/Lab mix. She has the long legs and lean build of a Great Dane but the coloring and blocky head of a Lab. Her gait, coloring, and large head actually bring to mind a female lioness. Bootz is a strong girl and especially seems to like men. She is genuinely a Gentle Giant, calm, and quiet as well. She is actually one of the favorites of the shelter workers. To top it all off, Bootz is only 2 years old, already housetrained, and gets along with other dogs!

Come meet Bootz in person at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Bootz’s adoption fee is $85 which includes spay surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Bootz is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.
