My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE 6/13/07: Lexus has gain more weight and is looking good! She's developing a strong play drive and loves to play with the foster homes border collie.

Meet Lexus, she is about 2 years old and is most likely the sweetest foster we have ever had. She was at the Alachua County Animal Services after she was was picked up running loose with a pack of strays. She certainly doesn't act like a stray though! She is completely house trained and extremely gentle. She is underweight but she has added about 5lbs already.

Despite being starved Lexus is a very dainty eater with dinner and treats alike. She is very mellow for an aussie and usually content to lie right next to the closest human. We have two cats and she has had no problems with them - she just acts like they are not there even when they rub on her! She enjoys our other dogs as well. Lexus also enjoys playing with her stuffed toys, she's not big on retrieving a ball but does like to retrieve her stuffed toys!

Lexus would make a great pet for just about any household and believe me we don't say that about most of our fosters. She is scheduled to be spayed June 8th and then she will be ready to go to a forever home. (Notice the one brown and one blue eye? That's nature way of making her sooo attractive to potential parents)
