My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there folks! I'm Bob. Yes, Bob the Cat. And I am awesome. I know, it makes me sound a bit full of myself, but have you met some cats? You know, the ones that hiss and swat and growl? Yeah, those cats. That's not me. I'm quite the opposite! I'm 8 years old, and I was abandoned at an animal shelter almost 4 years ago. And so, being a black male cat, and a little older than the popular kittens, I sat, and I sat, and I sat. Despite purring when you pet me, rolling over for belly rubs, and climbing into your lap, people still passed me over for the youngsters. And so, I was transferred to Young at Heart, where people come to look for awesome older kitties like me! And I am an absolute angel!! I'm great with my litter box, healthy, and great with other kitties - I'll even give them kisses. I'm a super cool dude, and I hope that by arriving at Young at Heart, I will find my forever family quickly! It's been a long time since I've been in a home, and I can't wait to be in one again! Come meet me!
