Callie is smart, pretty, and so good natured! A puppy mill rescue, she came to us completely unaccustomed to a loving human touch. Callie has come such a long way, still she needs to continue her socialization process. She loves walking on a leash, loves to romp in the yard and prefers doing her business outside. She knows what the "potty patch" is inside, too. Callie has always been on the best of terms with our other dogs, but barks at any others she sees while out walking. She is still shy of being handled, although she will curl up at my feet, stand up and beg for me to give her a treat, and comes up to me to have her ears scratched. She's about 17 lbs and estimated 4 1/2 yrs. old.
