My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Bella and I'm a spunky pup who is ready for a fabulous new family. I was previously adopted but due to change in family circumstances, I need to find a new home. As of 7/4 I am about 6 months old and weigh around 14 lbs. My mom was a yorkie, and dad...who knows? I sort of resemble a scruffy min pin though! All I know is that I'm super cute!! I'm a typical happy-go-lucky pup. I'm loving, loyal, and playful. I like to get on my hind legs and act like I'm tall, but not everyone appreciates that, so I'd do best in a home with children who are 8+ years old. I'd love to attend a fun training class too if you'd bring me!! I'm working hard at housebreaking and will do my business outside if you promise not to leave me home alone too long and bring me out regularly! I'm eager to learn and want to be your best friend!! P.S. I love to sleep at the foot of the bed if you'll let me! Please remember that puppies need time, attention, and continued training. If interested in applying for this puppy go to: APPLICATION

Adoption fee $250. As a legal MA rescue all of our dogs have been through the states mandated 48hr Isolation at an approved isolation facility and had a clean health exam by a MA vet. We then place our dogs in one of our many wonderful foster homes. Please be sure to read all the info below. We look for families who have the time and commitment to raise a puppy to be a great dog. All dogs adopted from One Tail at a Time Rescue are here in New England at foster homes, spayed or neutered, up to date with vaccines, have been wormed, and are ready to go to their new homes now. We prefer adoptive homes in MA and NH -- we do not ship our dogs. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION unless you are ready to take a dog home now. Even if approved for a specific dog, we will not hold dogs while you go on vacation or a business trip or prepare your home. Our dogs are being cared for in private homes by volunteer foster families. Appointments to see our dogs are scheduled once an application has been submitted and approved by our adoption counselors. Thank you! --------------------------------------------------------- ** PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee breed or full-grown adult size of all our rescue dogs. Because these dogs are rescued from shelters, we do not know exact background and only list breed and size by our best knowledge. If exact breed and size are important to you, please look elsewhere. We want our dogs to be adopted by people who will love and care for them forever - no matter what breed and size they turn out to be! **
