Molly's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Molly's Story...
Molly is a spayed female Foxhound/Walker/Coonhound mix about 4 to 5 years old. She has a voice, yep she bays, but for the most part is quiet and well behaved in her kennel. Molly enjoys being out and about on lead, she has a proud stride and true to nature keeps her nose to the ground when exploring the grassy areas. She does well in her kennel and it appears she is house trained. Molly knows some commands like sit and stay, she will probably be very successful with further training as she seems bright, alert and willing to work with humans. Since she is a stray little is known of her behavior around children, cats and other dogs. Molly appears very watchful in her current situation but not aggressive. Molly will probably do best in a quieter home with regular activity and a job to do. We invite you to stop in and meet her, if not claimed she will be ready for a new home July 12th after 6pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Meridian Foxhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Foxhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound for sale in Meridian, or seeking a Foxhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound dog from a breeder in Meridian.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Meridian already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Meridian breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Foxhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound breeders who help with Foxhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Meridian paves the way for another one to be saved.
