Donkey's Story...
Little husky mix that was chained needs a forever home asap! We are calling him Donkey, because of his big ears. Male- aprox 3 months but very small so he's mixed with a small breed dog, he is only 19 pounds. He was on a 3 foot chain on a cement carport in his own feces, chained to a car axel with no food or water in 105 degree tempature. Owners surrendered and he is in a temporary foster home with 3 big dogs and several cats. He loves toys and loves to play. He is confident and active, and will need a family that can provide a lot of exercise. He is fearless and loves to swim in the lake, like a little otter. He is very smart and doing great with housetraining and crate training. He is located in Villa Rica Georgia but transport can possibly be arranged depending on distance. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Donkey, a Conyers Husky/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Conyers, or seeking a Husky/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Conyers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conyers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conyers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conyers paves the way for another one to be saved.
