Meg's Story...
Meg is Jack's sister. She was born Dec. 28, 2011. She will be a large dog, she's a big goofy puppy. She walks well on leash, has a little more energy than her brother. She wants to go, go, go, play, play, play. She needs continued training on the basics but does really well with potty training. She will get bored and shouldn't be left alone for hours with nothing to do. She'd make a great adventuring dog. She will be spayed and microchipped prior to adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Meg, a Tillamook Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in Tillamook, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog from a breeder in Tillamook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tillamook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tillamook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tillamook paves the way for another one to be saved.
