Roscoe and his 3 brothers and 2 sisters are up for adoption. They all look identical except for one female that is completely albino. Their mom was caught as a stray and within days of arriving gave birth. (Mom was Rosie and she was adopted.) They are about 9 months old, spayed/neutered, good with their litterboxes but need some socializing. They would make great companions with a little trust building and patience. They are fuin, energetic and playful. For more information regarding them or adoption, please visit www.sweetbinks.org for our adoption policies and online adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roscoe, a Foster Californian was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Californian for sale in Foster, or seeking a Californian from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Californian breeders who help with Californian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
