My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SAMSON. We call him Sammy, and he is a sweetheart. A little shy, but what a fun little guy with much potential. Handsome black and tan 12-pound, neutered male dachshund, just 22 months old. Family living situation has changed and no room for this fine fellow. But someone will be the fortunate owner of this well trained and friendly pooch, who likes dogs, cats, and well behaved older children. He is leash trained, and good in the car, and as you can see from the pictures, loves his hikes and helping with the laundry. Come meet Samson.=====The adoption fee is $350. Please email for an Adoption Form (application) and send it to OregonDachshundRescueInc@gmail.com . Our adoption screening committee meets weekly and a volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible. The adoption fee is firm as the pet rescue needs to recoup the money spent to save this dog and the next dog in need. We are a nonprofit 501C3 Organization.
