Well how do you like that? My person was moving so I got a "Dear Buddy" letter before they drove off into the sunset. Here I am, waiting for a new, fresh start. I am a real sweetie pie, and although I would have preferred to move with my former family, I am an optimistic, happy fella, and I believe that there is someone out there just for me! If you want to be my new human, will you be patient and gentle? I am a little bit shy at first. Once a long time ago, someone was kind of mean to me, and I need to trust you before you grab me for hugs and kisses. I do love to snuggle when I get to know you, and I am ready for FUN! I am a gentleman and an excellent friend and listener. I am a pleasure to walk with, and am house-trained! I enjoy the company of other dogs, and older well-mannered children are just fine! Come on down to the shelter and ask to take me for a walk so we can get to know each other!
