Harley's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Harley's Story...
Harley is a small 4 year old lab with a tough name but a sweet heart considering she was left as "garbage" by her former divorcing family. That's her standing in front of what else but a Harley Davidson motorcycle! She is a human attention lover, and is content with a hug when she can get one! Harley is very gentle and her eyes just plead to be adopted. She is great with kids and fine with other dogs and cats. She is no trouble at all and her smallness makes her easy in a home. You can see her at www.adoptagoldenbirmingham.com. 205 290-7788, or email lindsay@adoptagoldenbirmingham.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a BIRMINGHAM Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in BIRMINGHAM, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in BIRMINGHAM.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in BIRMINGHAM already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a BIRMINGHAM breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in BIRMINGHAM paves the way for another one to be saved.
