Bo's Story...
Bo is a very sweet 6 year old fawn neutered female. She is smart, does very well with basic commands, and is a super gentle loving pug. She will happily sleep on your lap or at your feet. Bo was surrendered by her loving owner when the owner went to college and could not take Bo to the dorms, and unfortunately the family couldn't continue to take care of Bo due to family upheaval. She was well treated and does great with people, pugs, and babies. She walks well on a leash and takes meds like a champ! Bo is currently on medical hold following soft palate and nares surgery, but will be available for adoption in mid-July.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bo, a Eagle Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Eagle, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Eagle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eagle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eagle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eagle paves the way for another one to be saved.
