Luke the Kitten's Story...
IN FOSTER CARE, STILL NEEDING HOME: Marysville, California - Luke was born around May 18, 2012. He's used to being around cats & dogs. Luke is a male Siamese shorthaired kitten. He is playful and a chatterbox. He loves to be held and loves his cuddle time. He is particularly attached to Layla, so it would be great if someone could adopt them together. They are being fostered by Stephanie Azzopardi Halloran. All kittens will be spayed/neutered and have their first set of vaccinations before they are adopted out.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luke the Kitten, a Yuba City Siamese kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Yuba City, or seeking a Siamese kitten from a breeder in Yuba City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yuba City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yuba City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yuba City paves the way for another one to be saved.
