Sunny's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sunny's Story...
Sunny is a 2-3 year old pit mix. He is a sweet, shy pup who gets his motivation from affection and praise. He’s a beautiful boy in spite of obvious mistreatment from previous owners.

He does great with people, dogs, kids, and cats. He is house-trained, up to date on his shots, neutered, and is currently being crate trained with excellent results! This handsome guy is great on a leash!

He is cautious but warms up to new people and situations quickly. Rather than barking, licking, or whining for affection, Sunny prefers to lean against you or he will put his face against your body to show you he wants love. He’s also a gentle treat taker and barely touches your fingers when you’re holding a yummy snack for him to take. He passed the food test with flying colors as well!

This is one gentle and wonderful boy. He will be a joyful addition to a family willing to give him the affection and love he deserves.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sunny, a Clarksburg Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Clarksburg, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Clarksburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
