Meet Pepper, a 5 year old miniature poodle full of spunk, determination, and love. Pepper is ready to start a new life after winning his life threatening battle with Blastomycosis, a serious fungal disease that claimed one of his eyes. Pepper is now enjoying his time with his foster family, and showing off his cute and fantastic little personality! He absolutely loves people, and will wrap his front paws around your leg or arm while getting a belly rub or a scratch behind his ears. He is curious and energetic on walks, and does a little “happy twirl” whenever it’s meal time or time to “go outside”. Pepper has melted the hearts of everyone he has met! He loves to sleep at your feet during the day, watch you while you work around the house, run with you outside, and cuddle with you in bed at night. Pepper will do well in a family where he gets lots of “people” time, and seems to really enjoy children. Please go to www.poodlerescuevt.org and fill out an application.
