Quarter's Story...
Hello everyone my name is Quarter. My story is a little sad. I was going on a nice car ride one day when my owner slowed down picked me up and threw me out the window. I flipped out the window like a Quarter so my foster Momma decided to call me Quarter. Luckily for me someone saw this happen and pulled over and picked me up and took me to this rescue. The vet has looked me over and said I look like Golden Retriever/Collie mix. I am approximately 6 months old. I am up to date on my shots and I am scheduled to be fixed. Please consider giving me a home of my own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quarter, a Plainfield Golden Retriever/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Collie for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Collie dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Collie breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
