UPDATE: Ali's foster mom is moving into a small apartment and can no longer foster dogs! Our rescue has NO other place to put Ali! She needs a new foster home, an adoptive home, or another rescue willing to take her ASAP!
Ali is a 4 ½ year old medium sized female, Labrador mix, black with white tuxedo markings on her chest and one paw. She has been spayed, is heartworm negative, and shots are up to date. Currently Ali eats Purina Pro Plan and does well on it.
1. She is very friendly and loves children.
2. She loves to visit the elderly in the nursing home.
3. She loves to cuddle.
4. She is kennel trained, but tries to avoid because she currently spends most of her day in there.
5. She loves to walk on a leash and ride in car.
Problems/Issues that can be corrected with proper training:
Ali's adoption fee has been reduced to only $100.00 to try and help her find a home faster.
However, if you are with a rescue that would like to take Ali, there is no transfer fee, but we will require proof of rescue status so we can verify before transport will be arranged.
If interested in adopting or fostering one of our dogs, please fill out our prescreening application. NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
