Liberty's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Liberty's Story...
Liberty is a positively GORGEOUS dog. She's a 6-month old, Labrador Retriever/Pit mix who is very intelligent and sweet. We rescued her from being euthanized at the city shelter, where she had ended up as a stray. She's good with other dogs- dominant, but friendly. She's housebroken and is looking for a dog-experienced home outside the city (she tends to bark and growl at strange men in uniforms or homeless people). She's very well-behaved at home and would LOVE a back yard to play in. She would do best in a home without young children. With some consistency and obedience training, she will be the perfect dog!

Liberty is spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Liberty, a Brooklyn Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
