My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ursula is a 8-9 year old 50# female Chow Chow who was rescued by one of our devoted fosters. She was found as a stray who had been living in a field. She was covered with dried dirt, sticker burrs and was extremely matted. She had to be completely shaved to restore her comfort and she was an absolute angel for her grooming - no fussing, no upset.

Ursula needs a home where she has open space to roam and the safety of a nice big yard for when she goes outside to 'sunbathe'. She would not do well in a kennel or confined room atmosphere. Ursula is house trained and knows how to use a doggie door. She is very quiet, does not bark or whine. Ursula would be a great dog for an older person.
