PATSY is a senior girl who is coming out of her shell in foster care. She loves to play with other dogs, and she perks up when food is around!

PATSY's owner was an elderly man who could no longer care for her. She has lost a little of her chubbiness since being fostered, and is such a pretty lady. She weighs about 12 lbs and is 14 years old. She is currently being fostered in PINELLAS county.
