Maggie Mae and her 8 puppies were found at a recent spay neuter clinic when the puppies were just 5 days old. Although Maggie had hardly enough food for herself, she managed to feed her babies and keep them safe until we found them. This little family were welcomed into an loving foster home where Maggie has been a wonderful mom to her babies. These puppies are all healthy and happy, well socialized and are ready for their forever homes. And Maggie Mae is finally able to enjoy just being a dog without the worry of ever having to feed puppies again..Her puppies are 5 boys and 3 girls - Mullighan, Mickey, Molson, McDuff, Magnum, Minnie, Muggles and Moonpie. Maggie Mae is a beautiful medium sized shepherd mix who loves to cuddle on the couch with her people. She is very gentle and loving and walks lovely on leash. Although Maggie has done amazing adjusting to life in a busy home, she is still working on her confidence and will require a patient home who can help her along.. She's shown us that she is not fond of cats but does well with other dogs once she gets to know them and feels safe. Maggie May was an excellent momma to her 8 babies and now it's her turn to enjoy the good life in a home that can provide the safety and security she deserves.
