Willow's Info...

Willow's Story...
Willow is a beautiful purebred springer spaniel. She is approx 10 months old and at one time was well taken care of. Unfortunately, her previous owner decided to move and leave her and his brother, Forrest(also listed) behind. While Willow did have a kindly neighbor caring for her, she needs a permanent, loving home. Willow is good with other dogs. She does well with children also and was, at one time, housebroken-although we will not guarantee this because she has spent a full year as an outside dog. She is crate trained. Overall, Willow appears to be in good health and we were told she is current on his vaccinations, is microchipped and has been spayed. We will confirm with the vet we were told she went to. If Willow does need any updating, we will make sure she gets it before being adopted. We are unsure of her heartworm status at this time but again, we will be checking on that also. Willow will make someone a wonderful companion dog...she is fairly calm and gentle and very loving! She just wants and needs a family...please-inside ONLY homes!! Willow's adoption fee is $250 If interested in adopting her, please email your interest and your adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Chiefland English Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Springer Spaniel for sale in Chiefland, or seeking a English Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Chiefland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chiefland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chiefland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Springer Spaniel breeders who help with English Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chiefland paves the way for another one to be saved.
