Hello People,
My name is Trouper and I’m a handsome and delightful little guy who is six months old and weighs all of six pounds! Mom says I’m so cute that people mistake me for a puppy (oh, that’s right. I am one!) She says my tail is always wagging with happiness, I have a great personality, am very loving and VERY smart! Did you know that I’m also friendly and playful! Sound good? Then please read on!
Dad says to tell you that I’m housebroken, (I sit by the door when I need to go out!) love my walks and rides in the car. (I’d really like to drive but he says I’m not big enough yet.) Not to brag, but I already know some commands and love to please people. And children are some of the best people in my world! Why my human sisters and brother are great fun to be with. And their friends are equally great! Lucky me!
Speaking of lucky, did I tell you I grow lots and LOTS of hair? You can see it in the picture from the day I became a FurKid. It was a really big mess, though, so we decided it would be best to shave it off and start growing a fresh coat. My new coat is going to be SO pretty! Wait and see when you meet me!
Mom says I love to meet and greet people more than anything in the world! Everyone becomes my new best friend in seconds! And there was never a lap I didn’t want to sit in or a person with whom I didn’t cuddle. She says I have this way of melting into your body and staying very, very still.
And then, there’s my playful puppy side! I have a wonderful time with the other furkids in my neighborhood! We play lots of games, including one Dad calls ‘fetch!’ Oh and then there’s this game where I chase this little tennis ball! But my favorite toy is my stuffed duck. After a busy day of running and playing I like to snuggle up safe and warm in my crate with my stuffed duck for company. (In my forever home I would love to sleep in that big bed and I would be as quiet as a mouse!)
Mom thinks that I would do well in almost any situation; kids and another furkid would be great! So, if you’re interested in a darling little boy who will snuggle his way into your heart, then ask for Trouper. I’ll be waiting!
