Booster's Story...
If you are interested in viewing or adopting this kitty, please go to www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and fill out an application.

Booster is a very gentle and timid little girl. She was one of the kittens who were rescued with their momma cat from a construction site at Metrotown/Burnaby in May. Their story made the local news. Booster is currently living in a foster home together with her brother Mittens and her mom, Naiomi.

Booster is looking for a home where she is the only cat and where she can be herself. With plenty of love and attention, she will come out of her shell and truly enjoy being petted and loved. Booster loves to play, but is very shy with her dominating brother around. She is such a loveable little girl and rewards being petted with intense purring.

Booster is very well behaved and soft spoken. She deserves a loving home, where she can be comfortable and relaxed. She needs a quiet home with no other cats and small children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Booster, a Vancouver Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
