Max's Story...
This sweet baby was born to Daisy on 6/17/12. We think the mom is a Carolina Cur mix but we have no idea what the paternal parentage is. Daisy is also listed on this website. They were saved from a high kill shelter and will be ready to go to their new homes in mid August. The adoption fee is $180 and will include all age appropriate shots, spaying/neutering, vet check, de-worming, etc. If you are interested in this baby, please email angie@allcreaturesmatter.org for an application. Or you may complete one on the website: www.allcreaturesmatter.org. You can also see the puppies weekly pictures under the "Watch Me Grow" section.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Westfield Carolina Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Carolina Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Westfield, or seeking a Carolina Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Westfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Westfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Westfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Carolina Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Carolina Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Westfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
