Rufus is a good natured and playful 2-3 year old Pug-Beagle cross who is looking for his forever home. He is housetrained, neutered, up to date on his shots, great with dogs that are his size or smaller, and very respectful of cats. Rufus loves to make new friends, go for walks and sit beside you on the couch in the evening to watch TV. Rufus takes direction quite well, does not snore or snort or shed a lot, and sleeps quietly through the night in his own bed. He enjoys playing in the puppy-pool on hot days and does not react to thunderstorms at all. Rufus can get quite jumpy and rambunctious when hes excited to see his people, so some training in this area would help him be the perfect gentleman. For this reason, he would probably be best suited for a family with older children who wont get toppled by his love!
