My name is Jasper, and I am a handsome fellow with a wonderful playful disposition. I have four other siblings and have loved all of my life so far, especially now that we have the room to play together. I am very active and love to play chase with my sibs, but I am also learning to love quiet cuddly time on my human's lap. I will need to be adopted with one of my sibs -- Benjamin, Cookie, Leila, or Teddy -- or have a friendly feline whom I can pal around with in my new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasper, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
